How to recover simulink data at the end of a simulation?

Hi! I am a high school student . As part of a team project , I have to make a model of an earth-asteroid system, in order to predict the collision, according to the initial positions and velocities of a particular asteroid. To this end, I modeled the solar system as described on the website of MathWork http://fr.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sm/ug/model-planet-orbit-due-to-gravity.html
I want to add to this model an asteroid, its coordinates and speed are input variables, and the model output should be a boolean indicating whether the earth and the asteroid have the same position (which is to say that there has been collision)
Not knowing at all Simulink, I am faced with several problems: How to recover in the Workspace the positions of different objects at the end of simulation? (Simulink told me there is no signal. If I try to connect a sub-model that does not work, and if I try to connect an output to Gravitational Joint, which nevertheless offers option "sensing". Simulink tells me that no signal exists, so I can't log it .... In short, I do not understand how it works. yet the model works, Mechanical Explorer allows me to display the modelisation in 3D.)
Thank you in advance!
