Cpp.AttributeDeclaration Class
Namespace: Cpp
Superclasses: AstNodeProperties
Represents the attribute_declaration nodes in the syntax tree of your code
Since R2026a
Description
AttributeDeclaration class represents the C++ syntax node attribute_declaration in your code and contains predicates to query properties and children of this node.
Predicates
| Type | Raisable | Printable |
|---|---|---|
AttributeDeclaration
| Yes | No |
This class defines these predicates that act on the objects of this class. In addition, objects of this class can access the predicates defined by the base class AstNodeProperties. An object of this class is an object of AstNodeProperties class.
| Predicates | Description |
|---|---|
is(required AttributeDeclaration &attributeDeclaration) |
Finds syntax nodes of the type AttributeDeclaration in your C++ code and returns them as
attributeDeclaration. For example, in [[nodiscard]] int foo();,
this predicate matches the attribute declaration node [[nodiscard]].
|
isa(Cpp.Node.Node node) |
Checks if node is an AttributeDeclaration. Use this relation if you want
to negate the condition (for example: not Cpp.AttributeDeclaration.isa(n)).
|
cast(Cpp.Node.Node node, required AttributeDeclaration &cast) |
Finds syntax nodes of the type AttributeDeclaration from the nodes in node.
Retrieval occurs if node is compatible with the AttributeDeclaration type.
Use this relation if you need further AttributeDeclaration properties.
|
attribute(AttributeDeclaration self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches each individual attribute inside the attribute declaration. For example, in
[[nodiscard, deprecated("use bar instead")]], this predicate matches
nodiscard and deprecated("use bar instead").
|
isEnclosedInAttributeDeclaration(Cpp.Node.Node child) |
Checks if child appears inside an AttributeDeclaration.
|
getEnclosingAttributeDeclaration(Cpp.Node.Node child, required AttributeDeclaration &parent) |
Finds the nearest enclosing AttributeDeclaration ancestor of child
and returns it as parent.
