Select the CAN read source. The target hardware boards include:

STM32F4xx-Based
All STM32Fxxx, STM32Gxxx, STM32Hxxx, STM32Lxxx, STM32Uxxx, STM32WBxxx Based Boards

Select the CAN read source.
