Description

Use the Select external loader parameter to specify the external loader file associated with the external flash memory connected to the target hardware.

Custom loader | .sldtr files in the <cubeProgrammerPath>\bin\ExternalLoader folder

An external loader contains the device-specific routines required to initialise, erase, write to, and verify the external memory during deployment. These loaders are typically provided as .stldr files and enable programming tools to access external flash devices that are not directly supported by the on-chip programmer.

Note

This parameter is available only when Execution method is set to Load and run (LRUN) from external memory. Select the loader that matches the external flash device on your hardware board.
