How to get values from the plot

Hello, can somebody show me how can I get values of the dots from the plot, perhaps into the matrix... X=[1 1 0; 2 2 0; 3 5 1 ; 6 4 0], where X(:,1)->x , X(:,2) ->y , X(:,3)->species...
