how to program an ardunio duemilanove using simulink ?

hello, i have a arduino duemilanove with ATMEGA328 controller. when i connect arduino pc and run on target hardware this error occurs "The call to realtime_make_rtw_hook, during the entry hook generated the following error:" and nothing happend.

Sorry, but Duemilanove is not supported. Please try using Arduino Uno, Nano, or Mega2560.

Rolfe, I have been programming an Uno board with Simulink and I have recently purchased a nano v3.0 for a replacement. How do you select a nano when going to put your program on the nano in simulink? Mine only allows an uno and a mega?
