urlread an entire webpage

I would like to use the urlread function on a webpage. The problem is that the webpage "loads" when you scroll down the window. Therefore, the urlread will download/read only part of the "data/text".

Does someone know a possible solution to this problem?

This is the function i am using:

DownloadFront = urlread('http://www.yy.com/gc/channel/entertain');

as you can se, if you open the page on a browser (i.e. chrome), it will load only the first part, then, if you scroll down the window... it will update/load the second part .. .and so on.
