I wanna to read EMG signal into MATLAB through Arduino board.

muscle sensor v3 (<http://www.advancertechnologies.com/p/muscle-sensor-v3.html>) is connected to Arduino board. i wanna read and plot EMG signal into MATLAB. Any one know how to do it?
