Configuration Management Tool

Is there any configuration management tool available to manage matlab software.I am specifically looking for check in, check out, version contolling type of operations. need help and guidance !

Have a look at this similar question. MATLAB has an interface to any source control software that conforms to the Microsoft Common Source Control standard, Version 1.1, but as I said in this other question, I prefer to perform version control / configuration management operations outside of MATLAB.
