which command should be used in Matlab to save a figure?

Hello all

I want to save the obtained figure as a file automatically. I don't have much idea how i can do it in Matlab. Please Help!!

You can use print and save it in pdf format. e.g. you just created a graph, then type print -dpdf nameofyourgraph and it will save it in your default matlab path
