How do I add install matlab in another computer?

I understand we can install our matlab license in 2 computers. I've only installed it in one and now I would like to install it in my new computer. When I do so, I get license manager error -9, but when I got to the manage my license tab, I don't see an option to add another computer.

There may be technical limitations, but also from the license agreement. You cannot install MATLAB on multiple computers for all license types.
