You can download anything from Bloomberg as long as you know the ticker and the field name. If you do, just consult the Matlab help, how to download data from Bloomberg. If you don't, use the function IYC in your Bloomberg terminal, select the the Spanish government bond curve, press the Page Down key on your keyboard and you'll find the bonds and their tickers.
