Are there more detailed descriptions of the TOMHT and JPDA tracker available?

Hello,
I have been asking some questions about both the TOMHT and the JPDA tracker, for which I received detailed and clear answers. However, this gives rise to even more specific questions. Is there a more detailed documentation on both trackers, with all the calculations/math included? How strongly are the trackers based on the references given in the documentation?

These two introductory pages provide some more information:
The algorithms do follow the references provided in the documentation as close as possible. That said, the literature doesn't answer all the questions and implementation details, so there are definitely custom additions on top of it. A small example of this is the "history" track logic with JPDA tracker. By using a hit/miss threshold, you can perform track confirmation and deletion with an "easy-to-configure" track maintenance logic.
