how to read mutiple images from folder without overwriting of matrix and images

read multiple images one by one from the folder and display all the images without overwriting the image

What do you already have? The basic steps are:

- get all the image files in the folder: dir()

- loop over all these files: for loop

- open one file: imread()

- display the files in one figure one next to each other: subimage()

- display the files in single figures: figure, imshow()
