calling xPCOpenTcpIpPort when xpc target is running

I am calling xPCOpenTcpIpPort from VC application it returns -1 when the XPC target is in loaded and running,, any idea why?

The most likely cause of this is that you have an open connection from another application, mostly likely MATLAB itself.

If you have build and downloaded the model, you can call tg.close from the MATLAB command line to close the connection (assuming tg is the name of your target object).
