Report Generator: how to add a line break in Paragraph or Text

I am using Report Generator 3.15 (R2013b) and I added some text under my system snapshots in a paragraph (and tried text as well). How do I perform a line break in this text so I can see it in the generated PDF file?

When you incorporate a 'text' field, documentation below: http://www.mathworks.com/help/rptgen/ug/text.html

There is an option: Style > Retain spaces and carriage returns, that should fix your issue.

Thanks for your reply. I already tried this. Unfortunately with this option the borders of the sheets are ignored (no automatic line breaks any more), so that the text is partly outside of the sheet. Inserting a manual line break each time the text leaves the sheet is a workaround, but not a comfortable one though.

Any other ideas?

Tried few things, and it seems if you generate a Word Document(RTF), the borders are not ignored in the report.

Now this can be converted to PDF externally if needed.
