How to re-activate MATLAB license

I purchased a Student Matlab License about a year ago and try to reactivate it. The problem is, that in the section "previous purchases / licenses", there is not displayed anything. My old laptop crashed, and therefore, I lost some information, like the license number and the activation key.

Can you help me - or am I completely wrong / my license is not valid anymore ..?
