No this not home work These type questions come in papers So I am preparing for examx In this question I completely got stucked that's why I shared it here

If you provide the original text without showing any own effort, the chances to get a useful answer are small.

Does "completely stuck" means, that you do not know where to switch on the computer? Did you install Matlab already? Did you read the Getting Started chapters of the documentation? Do you know Matlab's Onramp: https://www.mathworks.com/learn/tutorials/matlab-onramp.html ?
