i would like to remove the skull in the following image ..can any one please help me out people...im almost struck with the programs .thanks in advance.also,i just need the explanation and the program people.

Hi

   1. Convert the image into binary by t = 0.1(experimental)
   2. Applay Erosion first to remove the letters
   3. find area for all object by regionprops command
   4. fix apprpriate treshold and remove that unvanted area
   5. Mask with original gray image
