My Matlab program isn't running becauso of a License problem. (Error -9)

I have got a new MacBook Air, but now I have the problem that Matlab_R2014a still isn't running. I have no idea how to solve this problem.

If I start Matlab, there's opening a window where is written: License Manager Error -9.
