Order still being processed after a day?

I purchased the basic student matlab software yesterday for £33. It says my order is still being processed after a day when it says it would only take around 30 minutes. Any ideas on how to resolve this ?

How about calling them on the phone? I know it seems so "last century" but I firmly believe that that will be your fastest way.

I have the same problem, I purchased the student version for $45, and I don't get the Licence or the download Link.

I have the same problem. I bought the student version yesterday but now the order is still being processed. Is waiting a solution or do I need to phone them?

Phone them, though tomorrow and Monday are not normal work days in the US and they probably won't be in until Tuesday. You might try the number in your country if you're not in the US.
