GUI Layout Toolbox Add on won't install

I just came across the GUI Layout Toolbox add on. I would like to try it out. Unfortunately everytime I try to add it, I get an "Community-authored Add-Ons are temporarily unavailable." error message. Is there anyway to know when or if this toolbox will become available?

You could try downloading it from the file exchange website, instead of the AddOn Manager. Other than that, you could try again tomorrow.
