Simulink output to m-file

Dear matlab users.
Is there a function that I can use my output of simulink and send it to matlab?

Your screenshot suggests you want to create MATLAB Code from Simulink's simulation results. Not only I cannot think of how to do this, I really do not understand why you expect this being possible.

I want to make a graph from the data from the simulink model.

Then you just need the data. You can use the "To Workspace" Block. Other options are in the scope block or also in the out block, but then you need the correct settings in the simulation parameters of the model.
