Matlab requirements for laptop (Matlab R2013a)

Good morning,

First of all, sorry for my bad english. I'm interesting in buying a small notebook to be used for travelling and university.

Here the technical features:

• Intel Celeron N2840 (2.16GHz, 2 core, cache 1MB L2)
• RAM 2GB DDR3L-SDRAM (1333MHz)
• Windows 8.1

I'd like to know if these features are enough in order to make matlab work discreetly. I am a little bit concerned about the RAM. In the Matlab requirements, 2GB are recommended. Are they enough for not very hard works? Is Windwos 8.1 still heavy for this ram's capacity?
