¿What version of SAP2000 is it necessary to use the SM toolbox?

I have the SAP2000 v.14 and I just can't find any info about the CSi OAPI. I guess there is a first version of SAP2000 in which the SM toolbox was first implemented.
Hope someone could help me out with this one.
