the username and password?

I am going to download matlab on the PC, but during the installation process , i need to fill in username (school email),and password,but i have never set a password on mathwork,i have tried my school login password,but it couldnot work.so i wish to find out the password.could you help me ?BTW, i have already gotten a license, I can use online matlab.

Ask your professor how to do it, or another student who has done it successfully.
