I am working on BTMS for Electric vehicle. I want to implement phase change material cooling for electric vehicle using simulink and compare the result with liquid and air cooling.

BTMS for EV is a very complex topic and you'll need more than just a way to model phase-change material. Depending on what baseline model you are starting with, the way to include phase-change material can vary.
