Problema con il rinnovo della licenza accademica di Matlab (R2020b)

Spett.le Mathworks,
segnalo che non è possibile rinnovare la licenza accademica (Università di Genova) di Matlab (R2020b) perchè il link per generare l'opt (mathworks.com/mwaccount/profiles/generatecode?context=install_R2020b) restituisce: no healthy upstream.
Come posso fare?

I am aware of an issue yesterday that also was fixed yesterday. Can you try again?
