Unable to run Matlab r2017a after installation, not desktop shortcut found even in "all apps" section under settings

After successfully downloading and installing Matlab r2017a, I was unable to run it. I can't see the desktop shortcut and even in settings, I can't run it.But in "applications and features" under settings,it shows that it's installed. Please help me in how to run it or if there's something I didn't completed

There could be operating system incompatibilities.

I have checked at the system requirements and my PC meets them. It's a 64bits pc(windows) and 4gb ram
