Problema con Licenza accademica

Sono uno studente presso l'università di perugia. ho provato ad accedere al software mathlab, sia la versione 2024b che la versione 2026a, ma in entrambi i casi il software mi dice che io non ho la licenza nonostante io abbia fatto l'accesso con la mail universitaria e io riesca anche ad usare mathlab online. Come posso risolvere? Grazie.
