How can change the license administrator?

Hi, I'm the license administrator at Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia, and we have bought five (5) licenses of Matlab and now I need take administration of them to make changes on end user licenses when people go out at Ministry. What I have to do?

I suggest you give the customer service team of the Mathworks reseller in Colombia a call and discuss that matter.

When purchasing a new license, the customer gets asked who should be entered as license administrator. If that is not you, bur should be you, customer service can change that. They can also walk you through the steps you then can take to change licensed end users.
