I am using a matlab of version '7.8.0.347 (R2009a)' .After training how can i get the coefficient of transfer function value ?

Say i am using a single hidden layer of five neurons, and the training performance was acceptable. i am using say 'tansig' activation function for hidden layer and 'purelin' for output layer. i want to know the coefficient value of the said transfer function for hidden layer.
