ANFIS

Anfis can solve only 1 output. How can I set it more than 1 Output??

yOU CAN DESIGN YOUR OWN SUGENO FIS SYSTEM. AND THERE YOU CAN USE TWO INPUTS.

ANFIS was designed for one output only, so that if you have muti output, you can create separate ANFIS models as subsystems. Another way is to use coactive ANFIS, CANFIS. CANFIS is designed for multi-input-multi output systems. CANFIS is not available in Matlab.

Hi Zati,

     First you should design ur 'fis' file sugeno type. Then the rules should be equal to no.of ouput membership functions. For that, from edit, you can ADD the membership functions.

The ANFIS considers the last column as output so that he can't specify more than one output in FIS
