I am trying to get familiar with run a simulink model on zynq. For that I m going through the four videos uploaded on matlab website. In that I am trying to implement the LED blinking model onto zedboard. I am using hdl coder for that and in that after running all the previous tasks successfully when I am going to embedded system Integration and trying to run create project task it is giving error: Qt: Untested Windows version 6.2 detected! Please suggest some solutions to overcome this problem.

Windows 6.2 appears to be 2006 to 2010 timeframe.
Which Windows version are you using?

Can you share few more details and the error stack you see in the command window?
Does this error happen when running AMD/Xilinx toolstack? What is the version of Vivado or ISE synthesis tools used on your platform?
If the error is happening with AMD/Xilinx toolchain you may want to search support.xilinx.com for resolution.
For MathWorks / HDL Coder tested Vivado versions follow the notes in these links about release compatibility.
