how to implement the following equation in simulink . I have implemented but getting NAN error and division by zero error

w is the reference speed and w^ is the estimated value of reference speed. The error is coming in the division. Kindly help in this regard

What is the expected behavior of the equation when the reference speed and the estimated speed are the same and so their difference is 0?
