OUT OF MEMORY

Hi all, I want to work on an image, but without reducing the resolution by much (for now I use imresize ()).without using it I keep getting OUT OF MEMORY errors. Any suggestion how to bypass this problem without reducing the resolution by much. (I tryed running the program also on a small cluster and I keep getting the error) THANKS!

Without knowing what are you trying to do it's hard to guess.

It also helps to know how large the image is, what OS you are on, what MATLAB version and how much memory is actually present.
