How to set parameters in Simulink outside of the Mask Initailize

I am trying to figure out a way to move my parameter constants into the Simulink Model space with appropriate blocks. Currently, the parameters are initialized in the Mask of the overall block. The function blocks that use specific parameters in their functions have them specified in the ports manager for each individual block.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
