Help to Invasive Weed Optimization code

Hello, I'm new student of optimization algorithms and I have developed the code of Invasive Weed Optimization, I've been reading about it and I understood the idea but I don't catch how code it yet. The special part that I don't know how write in the code is the structure to obtain each seed of the Weed in base of the standard deviation. I hope that someone can help me or someone have an example of how code it.

Sorry, my English is not very good. I tried to say that I have been developing the code but I don't finished because I don't catch how code it totally, in special the part when the code obtain the seeds of each weed in base of the fitness value of each one.

Thanks, I checked it before but I don't understand where the creator obtained the functions or equations to obtain the number of seeds of each weed, I mean, why he used that equations, the theory only mention the equation to obtain the standard deviation nothing about the seeds. This equation give me problem because I want obtain the best solution of an objetive function that vary between 0 and 1, and the code solve that the best solution is always 1

But I still think he would be the best person to ask, rather than us, probably none of use who have ever even heard of his obscure algorithm, let alone coded it up or run it.
