In order to change the Option for your MATLAB license, please contact MathWorks Support . 

A License Option can only be changed if:

• You are a current Administrator for the license you are looking to update
• Your license is current on MathWorks Software Maintenance Service and Perpetual
  • Annual term licenses cannot be converted
