what is process of change in Train directory image for Ground truth in sparse dictionary ?

My code attached here.
Error screenshot also attached.
Error: Error using imread (line 362) Unable to determine the file format.
Error in run1 (line 102) truth_img = imread(ground_truth);
How i solve this issue?
