Can it be that the Dashboard elements like Gauge in External Mode do not work?

I want to use Gauge from the standard Simulink Block-Lib. Dashboard to visualize the current value of a signal. The connection was very easy and has also worked well but if i run the model in external mode on a RPi then the Gauge shows nothing.
