How can I improve the quality of a contour graph with a few pressure sensors?

Hi,

Below the graph I got using 6 pressure sensors. I am plotting it in real time and I have tried with some different shapes.

I would like to plot something more "professional". I guess if I would have a matrix with a lot of sensors I could get it, but with 6 or 10 sensors, do you know how can I improve the graph with matlab functions to get something similar like below picture?

No I mean data.

In you code you literally have a variable called "data3".

Ok, I receive tha data from arduino and what I send to Matlab is a value from 0 to 100, like a percentage. So data3 will have a value from 0 to 100 according to the pressure in that sensor.
