Convert Problem-Based to Solver-Based Optimization Problem

Hi,
Is there any way to directly convert the Problem-Based Optimization Problem Setup to Solver-Based Optimization Problem Setup in optimization toolbox.
Currently I have produced MILP formulation using problem based setup in optimization toolbox. But now I have realized to compare with other algorithms (i.e, ga) I may need solver-based setup.
Or should I write a new script because global optimizatioon toolbox doesn't support problem-based script.

Coincidentally, that question was asked and answered recently. Bottom line: convert the problem by using prob2struct.
