How do I convert .mat containing an array to .csv or excel?

the output of my matlab code is a .mat file with 11 Dimension array(approx 70 fields) . I wanted to this output to excel. I am unable to find a fix. Please help

Since Excel only supports 2D arrays (3D if you use the sheets as the third), how do you want to reduce your 11 dimensions down to 2? Once you know that, the actual writing of the file should be easy to find in the doc.
