Error in port widths or dimensions and block does not accept signals with greater than 2 dimensions.

Hi,

I am trying to do QPSK modulation on a MP4 video and the video outputs a 120x160 matrix and when I run an error comes up saying

"Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of 'qpsk/From Multimedia File' is a [120x160] matrix."

If I connect the From Multimedia File block straight to the QPSK modulator another error comes up saying that the QPSK block does not accept signals greater than 2 Dimensions. I am pretty new to MATLAB so I don't really understand how to fix this problem and make it work.

Any suggestions or help would be great,
