Demodulation with mixing a .wav file

Im given a school subject and i have no clue what to do.I have to find the original .wav file and the different frequency that was used to that file.There are some frequency fanctions given like s(t) =m(t)cos(2*fc*t+h); 0<= t <= 2 i could post the entire subject here if someone is willing to help me out.
