s-function work correctly in 2018a but same s-function fails in 2018b and matlab crashes

I am having mex file generated in 2018a and 2018b. Funny part is i am able to start simulation in 2018 a but getting error in 2018 b. It crashes matlab.
Do we have any changes in .mat file creation in version 2018b over 2018a?

Darpit,
Have you tried deleting the slprj folder and all the .c, .h, and .mexw64 files that relate to your model before simulating in 2018b?
