Target communication in Simulink Real-time 2016a

Hi,

I want to use a motion controller(with i486 inside) to be my target PC. However, the ethernet device isn't supported by MATLAB. I try to use the Ethernet adapter(from usb to ethernet with USBA88772 chip inside). The problem is that when I boot my target device, target PC shows the networking information(not system haleted error) but it cann't connect to real-time explorer. The problem is same for my serial port connection when I try the MATLAB 2014b. I think the target PC have found the hardware but it can not communicate.

I have tried the same network setting on another PC(with Intel etherent device inside) and it works. Can anyone give me some suggestions ?
