After packaging an app made in appdesigner, the app beeps, loads for one second, then crashes.

I have spent the better part of a year building an app in appdesigner. I can load it and use it in Matlab. It packages without any warnings or errors. After packaging the app, the app beeps, loads for one second, then crashes.

Is there a way to find a log or crash report so I can determine why this is crashing?
