Is there a way to find out the steps in a test sequence without opening it?

I have a harness. And it has a test sequence. The sequence has 3 steps. Each step has some actions. I want to export the step names, actions to an Excel sheet. But so far, what I have seen on the Test Script API page, there is only the "sltest.testsequence.readStep()" method for reading stuff like its actions and transition condition. But to use this method, I need to know the step name first. Now, what if I don't know the names of all the steps for a harness beforehand?
